Achieving a longer lifespan for T dies and coating dies with special superhard alloys!
By using hard metal HIP material at the heavily worn tip of the lip, we have dramatically improved the lifespan of the T-die. Introducing HIP material into T-dies is difficult with conventional processing methods, but at Seihou, we have established a processing method based on years of experience and know-how.
